Constructionline Silver

Silver is used for verified company and pre-qualification information and remains specified by some buyers. It is not the Constructionline level aligned with the Common Assessment Standard. If the requirement says only “Constructionline”, ask the buyer to confirm the minimum level.

Constructionline Gold

Gold aligns with the Common Assessment Standard and includes desktop verification of the relevant question set and evidence. It is the common choice where a principal contractor or procurement exercise specifies CAS through Constructionline.

Constructionline Platinum

Platinum requires successful Gold verification and adds a site-based audit. Constructionline describes this as an auditor visiting the registered premises to verify that policies and procedures are implemented consistently with the submitted answers.

Separate membership cost from support cost

Constructionline’s charge is based on its current pricing rules, including turnover and membership level. Independent consultancy is priced according to evidence maturity, modules, sites, complexity and support required. Ask for both figures before committing.
