Our consultancy support starts from £295. The agreed fee depends on scope, sites, complexity, existing evidence and the work required. CHAS membership and assessment fees are separate.

Which CHAS level do I need?
CHAS offers Standard, Advanced and Elite. The right level depends on the requirement set by your buyer, main contractor or procurement route. Send us the wording you received and we will help you interpret it.
Can you guarantee CHAS approval?
No. CHAS makes the assessment decision. We can strengthen and organise your application, but we cannot guarantee approval or control assessment times.
Can you help after an application has been queried or rejected?
Yes. Send us the assessor feedback and the evidence already supplied. We can agree a scope for correcting gaps and preparing a response.
