What SafeContractor renewal involves

SafeContractor’s published contractor terms describe annual renewal and review around 12 months from approval. A successful reassessment extends approval and leads to a new certificate. Membership renewal and approval review dates may not be identical.

Keep insurance and evidence current

The renewal process requires current information, including updated insurance evidence. Depending on the dynamic questions applicable to your activities, you may also need current policies, RAMS, training, competence, incident and monitoring records.

Independent preparation support

We can review the renewal request, identify missing or outdated evidence, prepare agreed business-specific documents and help respond to assessor questions. SafeContractor remains responsible for assessment and approval.

Can you renew without updated insurance?

SafeContractor’s terms identify updated insurance documents as renewal evidence. Ask SafeContractor directly if you are uncertain which cover applies to your business.
